Cancellation Policy —
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will incur, a cancellation charge of the entire length of stay booked.
Reservations cancelled between 15-30 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s stay as per the tariff.
Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within 14 days of arrival date will incur room charges for the reduced number of nights.
No show will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
Cancellation or no show on notified special dates such as Diwali, 24th, 25th and 31st December days will result in a 100% retention charge.
