Situated in Karnataka’s Western Ghats, this trek should certainly be the next destination you want to get dropped in. This is not an ordinary trek it makes you explore temples like Kukke Subranamyam Temple and also gives you the glory of Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary. This is a perfect trek for weekend getaways. This is located in the Pune district and is acknowledged as one of the highest hill forts in the region. This trek is moderately difficult and attracts a lot of trekkers from Mumbai and Pune. The best time to visit the place is between June to September. The maximum altitude here is 3556 ft. 


  • Dzongri Trek, Sikkim

This trek has a vast range of scenic locations to offer you. Straight from witnessing Mt. Kangchendzonga, to Mt. Simvo and many more you can have it all. This is more daunting than the others listed but filled with fun. You can visit this place anytime between March to May and September to December. The maximum altitude here is 13,612 ft.
