1. Can more
than two adults stay in one room?
Ans. Yes, But no, not for free!
Countless hotels will allow additional guests to stay in a room but you’ll be
charged for it. The charges vary from hotel to hotel as long as it does not
exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in the room. For additional
assistance on the details, you can directly contact the hotel for their extra
guest charges and also reassure the number of persons allowed in one room.
2. Our
children will be travelling with us – do they stay for free?
Ans.
Whenever you’re booking a room in a hotel, if you have any children travelling
with you just enter the number of c hildren on the ‘Children’ drop-down box. An
entry of 1 child will give you quick prices for rooms with a double bed and a
child. Quick, Simple, Reliable. Now, if you need an extra bed in the room,
you’ll need to increase the number of travellers on your search box.
3. What if I
need a specific type of hotel room (Non-smoking, wheelchair, pet friendly etc)?
Ans. That
depends completely to the hotels, on a more formal tone – This is subject to
availability at the hotel.
4. Will my
credit card be charged when I book my reservation?
Ans. This
depends on the type of rate and hotel you select. Reservations are to be made
earlier and are mostly done over website or phone for which the payments are to
be done to reserve your specific suite at your favourable hotel. This actions
normally requires any type of online transactions or different card payments
available.
5. After I
make After I make a booking, how long will I have to wait to receive my
voucher?
Ans. The minimum time for a confirmation of booking
is instant, but you may have to wait a while. This is due to the time taken for
the hotel to receive the reservation information of your booking, there is a
small exception of delay for bookings done at night and weekends. For more
details contact your respective hotel for the accurate wait time, as it depends
from hotel to hotels.
6. What
documents are required to check in at the hotel?
Ans. The usual, yes, any government issued
photo-ids are accepted by the hotels, this includes–
· Voter ID
· Driving
License
· Passport
· A valid
Photo ID must be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the
hotel. Accommodation can be denied if guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable
proof of identification is not presented at check–in.
7. What are

8. How do I
know if my booking was successful?
Ans: A quick confirmation will ring the bell, We’ ll
send you an email confirmation for your hotel booking.
9. Do I need
to confirm my booking?
Ans: Absolutely
not. But, If you really want to confirm it, you can contact us at info@minibreaks.in to confirm your reservation. You can also
choose to contact the hotel directly.
10. What if I
don’t get a confirmation at the time of booking ?
Ans – You
definitely will get a confirmation about the booking. Unfortunately, if
something goes off wire and your confirmation page doesn’t get displayed after
your booking, check your email for confirmation. E-mail confirmation normally
takes at max 10 minutes, if you still don’t receive an email let us know at info@minibreaks.in and
we’ll send you your confirmation details.
11. What is
my hotels check in
time?
Ans: Usually, the average check-in time is either
12 at noon or 2:00 PM and the check-out time is 11: 00 AM. But for further
enquiry you can always contact the hotel or you can also check it on the
booking voucher sent to you.
12. What if
I’m going to arrive early ?
Ans: We
will try to cover you at our best, if you know you’re going to arrive early at
the hotel contact our Customer Support Team. We’ll try to accommodate your
request with the particular hotel, but in the end it all depends on the room
availability at the hotel.
13. How do I
get a receipt or invoice for my hotel booking?
Ans: Login to your minibreaks account. Go in my
dashboard, my bookings and there you can find your booking voucher.
14. Do I have
to show ID proof at the time of check in?
Ans: Yes,
below are the applicable government issued photo-ids accepted by the hotel –

15. Can hotel
Deny my check in?
Ans: As
per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all travellers above 18 years
of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of
check-in. The hotel(s) reserves the right to decline accommodation without
substantial address proof. Minibreaks will
abide by the hotel policies for any check-in declination by the hotel(s) or any
refunds due to the above-mentioned reason. Kindly Note: Local ID proof &
Pan card is not acceptable as an ID proof.
16. Do I need
to pay anything extra at the hotel?
Ans: No, the rates listed while booking your hotel
includes your stay, room inclusions and taxes, any extra costs are stated on
the website. Anything of your choice purchased at the hotel are directly paid
at the hotel.

17. How do I
cancel my hotel bookings?
Ans: Cancelling is as easy as
booking,
you can cancel your booking anytime by following the simple steps below:
· Log in to
My Bookings
· On your
dashboard - click on Cancel, select the booking you want to
cancel.
· After
clicking on Cancel Booking, select the room you want to cancel.
· Select
the mode of refund & proceed with cancellation.
18. What are
the cancellation charges?
Ans: The cancellation policy will as same as it was
showed while booking your room, it will also be displayed under my booking
details.
19. How will I get my money back after cancelling a hotel
booking?
Ans – I f booking falls under refundable mode which
as per category booked it will be refunded as per hotel discretion and refunded
in transacted account.

20. Are the
prices shown on minibreaks are in per person or per room?
Ans: The
prices shown to you is for a stipulated time and is on the basis of per person
per room.
21. Are taxes
included in price?
Ans: This
depends on the property and accommodation type, but it’s easy to see what’s
included when you compare different options to book. Tax requirements changes
as per government norms in the country with varied parameters. After you book,
this information can also be found in your confirmation email, and you can see
it when you view your bookings in your account.
22. Do I pay
a convenience fees to minibreaks?
Ans: Minibreaks
will charge you a convenience fee for the overall assistance provided to you
with hotel booking. Our assistance will help you with your all in one search kicking
all your worries about searching for your suitable rooms and hotels on
different websites.
Further, once the booking is confirmed, we have a team of experts to help you with any of your issues or queries you may have.
